Comprehensive analysis of social processes
Interdisciplinary studies that combine quantitative and qualitative data, documents and context.
Some management questions cannot be answered by a single survey: they require statistics, the regulatory framework, enforcement practice, the media landscape and the views of participants to be brought together. We run such studies with a mixed design in which each method accounts for its own part of the picture.
The final document is built around the question, not the method. First the direct answer and the level of confidence in it, then the evidence base, and only then a description of procedures. This is a format fit for a briefing to senior management, not an internal researcher's working paper.
