Methodology development
Designing measurement and evaluation methodologies the client can apply in-house or hand to third-party contractors.
We build methodologies where no standard instrument exists: indices, rankings, performance assessment scales, protocols for collecting departmental data. Each methodology is documented in enough detail that two independent contractors applying it to the same object would arrive at comparable results.
Piloting on a test sample and assessing instrument reliability are a mandatory part of the work. If the pilot shows that particular scales do not work, we rewrite them before handover rather than leaving the problem in the final document.
